Q: When is the best time of the year to 1) Go on Wildlife Safari 2) Climb Mount Kilimanjaro? 3) Get up to the lodge and view Mt. Kili?
A: Wildlife Safari--Most any time except April-Mid June the Rainy Season; 2) Dry Season January -Mid March and June-October. Surprisingly, Christmas and New Years most popular but higher risk of bad weather! The Rainy Season makes getting up to the lodge more challenging on the steep dirt road and, being frequently in clouds, the odds are reduced of getting a picturesque view of Mt. Kili.
