When checking out, we accept payment with all major credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express) through the highly secure Google Checkout system, as well as with cash.
In addition, our advanced web site gives you the option of either making a reservation with a deposit by 1) Paying using universally popular Paypal or 2) Wiring the money from your bank directly to our bank account at Standard Charter Bank in Moshi, Tanzania.
Option #1 Credit Card
Our Reservation/Cancellation Procedure via Paypal, the largest payment system in the World, is both highly secure and easy to use. Simply fill in the necessary information to make a reservation and provide your credit card number, expiration date and 3 digit code on the back of the card to make the deposit.
Option #2 Wiring Funds
If you prefer not to use your credit card, even with the highly secure Paypal method, you can go to your bank and arrange to electronically transfer money into our account.

To reserve a place to stay at Mount Kilimanjaro View Lodge we ask that you deposit in United States Dollars 50 USD for each person 18 years or older. The deposit will be totally refundable up to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Such notification of cancellation must be received prior to that date. Thereafter, the money will be nonrefundable. The deposit will be credited against the total bill upon checkout.
In the event of a reservation cancellation, please contact us through the form at the bottom of the Contact Page to expedite a refund of your deposit rather than going through PayPal.
If you would like to prepay your stay at our lodge and/or any organized tours via PayPal, refer to the Prepayment instructions page. Please note that you will need to first fill out the Booking/Reservation form prior to sending any payments.
